At Nant-y-Cwm Steiner School Pembrokeshire, the rhythm of the year is central to school life. Our term dates are carefully set to support a balance between learning, rest, and the seasonal festivals that mark the passage of the year. Families looking ahead to enrolment can find all of our key dates below.

Autumn Term 2026

The Autumn Term begins on Wednesday 2nd September and ends on Friday 11th December 2026.

Half-term will run from Monday 19th October to Friday 30th October 2027.

Inset days, when staff are in school but pupils are not, are on 2nd, 3rd & 4th September, and on 30th November 2027.

Spring Term 2026

The Spring Term starts on Monday 4th January 2027 and finishes on Friday 19th March 2027.

Half-term takes place from Monday 8th to Friday 12th February 2027.

There will be one inset day on Monday 4th January 2027.

Summer Term 2026

The Summer Term begins on Monday 12th April and closes on Friday 9th July 2027.

Half-term is from Monday 31st May to Friday 4th June 2027.

There are no inset days this term.

We encourage families to plan holidays and appointments outside of term time wherever possible, to ensure children can experience the full flow of the curriculum and the festivals woven into the school year.
