School Administrator
Location: Nant-y-Cwm Steiner School
Hours: Negotiable
Salary: £15,000 to £19,000
Contract: Permanent - Full Time during term time

This is a permanent position for a School Administrator commencing as soon as possible.
This is a full-time position during term time totalling 36 weeks a year, including inset days, with negotiable working hours Monday to Friday (for example, 9.15 am to 2.45 pm) in the School office.
During School holidays you would be expected to work one day a week, coming in to school to check for post and deliveries, and telephone messages, but also working from home.
Holiday entitlement
Holidays may not be taken in term time.
Entitlement is 5 weeks and is to be taken, in agreement with the other support staff and School Governance Team (Trustees), to ensure operational cover, during School holidays.
After 3 years of employment this increases to 6 weeks’ holiday entitlement.
Role
The Administrator ensures the smooth running of the School (Kindergarten and main school) on a day to day basis, providing a helpful and polite interface with parents and prospective families, public, staff, and volunteers.
The role ensures teaching staff, support staff, and Trustees have the information and tools they need to provide an excellent education to the children.
The Administrator maintains all employee and pupil records and ensures all statutory information is available for Safeguarding and legal requirements, and Estyn.
