Music Subject Teacher

I trained as a classical vocalist at Goldsmiths University, graduating in 2013. I left London and travelled the America’s, living on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica for 5 years teaching music to children from various international backgrounds, and gigging as a professional musician. I returned periodically to the UK to see family and take further training.
In 2019, I moved back to my home (Pembrokeshire), and have since been developing myself as a 1:1 vocal coach and teacher, alongside performing and songwriting. I take a lot of inspiration from nature. I draw on teaching methods and practises associated with the values of Steiner Waldorf Education, and I am also working part time currently at Plas Dwbl College with the Ruskin Mill Trust.
I’m a singer at heart. I grew up singing with my family (blood harmonies all the way!) and I have pretty much sung my way through life since then… In choirs, all-girl folk bands, musical theatre shows, opera’s, wedding bands, Prog rock world fusion festival bands, solo singer-songwriter projects, in yoga sessions, singing in caves, on beaches, in woods and in the surf. I love sharing my passion for song and music.
