I was born in St David’s, where I have continued to live for much of my life – it is quite simply too beautiful to leave and I’m yet to discover anywhere on my travels that I love more! 

I first came to Nant-Y-Cwm as a volunteer back in 2014 and then later in 2017 my daughter joined the school and we were very happy to finally join the wider school community. Nant-Y-Cwm feels like such a special place to be, the atmosphere around the school grounds and within the valley feels magical at times- to me it’s one of Pembrokeshire’s idyllic hidden gems and is a joy from which to witness the ever-changing seasons. 

My background is in languages , education and more recently working in the field of disabilities, inclusion and family services for the children’s charity, Barnardo’s. I have a BA Joint Hons in English Literature / German and a P.G.C.E (Primary).

In my spare time I love film, theatre, live music, spending time on the coast near my home and walking in woods. I am also interested in yoga and meditation, working with the cycles of the moon and simply just being in nature. I have just started experimenting with Collage and looking to the future I plan to indulge more in my lifelong love of art, colour and creating.
