We are delighted to invite you to our Parent and Child Group Open Day.
Meet the group leaders, bake bread, explore the environment, enjoy a simple story and learn more about how we work with rhythm, artistic work, song, shared food and story to bring a sense of peace and reassurance. Come and taste that experience with your children for yourselves.
Open Day Plan for Parents and Children from birth:
- 14:00 arrival and welcome, with tea
- 14:10 baking
- 14:30 tour inside and outside, heading up to the roundhouse, wear suitable shoes it may be muddy!
- 14:50 welcome to our outdoor space
- 15:00 story
- 15:10 goodbye song
- By 15:30 collect bread from Kindergarten
We hold a beautiful safe space, either inside or out, that nourishes the parent, carer and child. We have small groups, allowing each child to find, at their own pace, the confidence to explore the world around them. Parents can learn or practice simple crafts in a calm atmosphere, of support, friendship, humour and inspiration from both the group leaders and each other.
