A massive thank you to all those who turned up last Monday for our second work day. We had a truly impressive turnout and we really got a lot done. The fencing and perimeter are now taking shape. We also managed to demonstrate the superiority of hand tools and human effort over temperamental power tools!
Our next work day on the 3rd Kindergarten is Tuesday 3rd August. We really hope you can join us.
Plans for the day include:
- Continuing with the fencing and perimeter
- Turning our attention to the inside of the building
Please bring suitable clothing for working outside, e.g. gloves and boots.
We will start at 9.30am and finish around 1.30pm. Please bring food, drink and snacks to keep you going. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided.
There’s lots to do and jobs to suit everyone from light to heavy work. Everyone is welcome, even if you can only stay for a short time.
Children are also welcome to come and play outside in the playground and field, under supervision, but there will be no access to any of the buildings.
